All jewelry is designed and fabricated by our team of skilled goldsmiths in our Los Angeles studio meeting SUNEERA’s criteria of quality and workmanship. Items may feature subtle variation in detail and finish from items photographed on the website since pieces are hand crafted.
Carat weights provided are estimated and can be within 0.05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weights for rings are based on a US size 6 3/4. Pinky or midi rings are based on a US size 3.
We do our best to provide helpful information, descriptions, and images of our products, however we cannot guarantee that the information we provide is comprehensive, accurate, or error-free. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. We reserve the right to modify descriptions or pricing without notice, and we cannot honor incorrect or inaccurate pricing.
Within 24hours of placing the order you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date; during business days. All orders are subject to merchandise being held in stock. Items in stock will be shipped the next business day after your order is confirmed. If we are unable to reasonably acquire additional stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of the production time needed, or give you the option for a full refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Your receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after your order to decline your order or limit the order quantity of any product or service we provide to you. We also may verify information before we accept or ship any order. Only actual shipment of items shall indicate our acceptance of your order.
We attempt to accommodate production schedule with our customer’s delivery requests. However, orders not in stock are subject to availability of raw materials, production and delivery schedules. Items requiring customizing such as engraving, sizing or special requests will take 1-3 weeks lead time. Your order production time will be notified to you with the order confirmation.

It might happen that you may order an item that we regularly stock and it appears in stock , but actually got sold and we did not get a chance to update our online inventory. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and back order it.
Special orders require a deposit of 50% of the total price upon confirmation for us to start work. Balance payment is due prior to shipping. Alteration requested by clients such as resizing of rings, ordering rings in special sizes, chain extensions and choice of stones all constitute special orders. All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please allow 1-3 weeks unless communicated otherwise.
We accept all Major Credit / Debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your Credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. All Credit/Debit Card transactions are confidential. Information is verified and protected by Authorize.net, an industry leader in SSL encryption.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an order and cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your order is placed, we will provide an automatic refund. We otherwise do not provide refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item to us for store credit under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:
- Returns must be delivered to SUNEERA Inc. within 7 Business days of customer’s receipt of the item(s) to receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase, minus shipping and insurance costs.
- A Return Authorization (RA) code is required. You can request an RA via email or call us before shipping any Return. All return packages should clearly state the RA Code and must be shipped in a prepaid fully insured package. You are responsible for return shipping so please use a trackable or signed-for delivery service and purchase appropriate shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

Personalized, engraved, or altered items including all custom orders are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All other special order sales are FINAL SALE, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by a customer, a special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. Customers will be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification.
Items purchased on our website can only be returned /exchanged on our website. Items purchased at our authorized dealers are excluded from our Return Policy.
Shipping Cost for orders above USD $2000.00 are complimentary within the US.
All online orders are shipped UPS Next Day with adult signature confirmation. Online Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please contact us to request Saturday delivery. Additional charges may apply.
Your jewelry will arrive in our signature grey satin, ribbon tied SUNEERA Packaging. You may request a gift card instead of a receipt if it is a gift. We are happy to put your words in special message on a hand written note.
We are happy to ship worldwide. International shipping orders will be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. We charge a flat shipping and handling of $50.00. If you are receiving your order outside of the United states, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the package is being shipped.

We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry to become damaged or broken. Please send us the piece for evaluation in a prepaid insured package. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action is suitable. We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to provide one-time repair/refinishing free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. All shipping/insurance charges are paid by the customer.
We do our best to accommodate repair or lost earring mates, but due to the nature of our product and stones, some components might not be available.
Please obtain a Repair Authorization (RPA) via email or call before shipping the item. All repair packages should clearly state the RPA code and must be shipped in a prepaid fully insured package. We are unable to accept unauthorized repairs and will not accept these packages. We are not responsible for lost items.
Ring sizing, chain extensions, or other elective repairs will involve a fee for the service plus shipping/insurance charges. We provide ring sizing for $60.00 plus cost of materials if applicable. Please contact us directly for pricing of other services. Engagement rings include 1 free sizing, when possible based upon ring material and design and on full-priced rings only. Free sizing is not included for any discounted or sale items.
